Essential Functions

In addition to all other duties as assigned, this role will:

  • Answer telephone calls
  • Take parent payments
  • General information / tours / enrollment etc.
  • Opening , closing, cash out & deposit procedures
  • Perform general office functions (filing, copies, faxes, mail, etc.)
  • Keep Youth Development Center lobby, vestibule, hallways, waiting area neat, clean, and organized
  • Must have and display critical thinking, interpersonal and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to learn, operate, and navigate various web-based platforms.
  • Ability to direct and answer calls on a high-volume, multi-line phone.

  • Proficient in Microsoft office products.
  • Maintain a high level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within a fast paced and evolving work environment.
  • Customer service experience preferred, but not required; strong candidates will be trained regardless of experience level
